A Tribute To Yehuda Aryeh (Johnny) Gluck
Twelve years have passed since the tragic and untimely death of our beloved colleague and friend Johnny (Zichron Livracha) who was regarded not only as one of the great cantors in the world, but was respected as a highly principled, kind and lovable human being. He lived for his family and music - especially liturgical and operatic.
How fortunate we are that his beautiful lyric tenor voice in all its artistic glory is immortalised in the beautiful recordings he left behind.
We in the JJMC owe our very existence and success to his blessed memory, and we can assure the Gluck families that as long as the JJMC exists, Johnny will never be forgotten.
May his memory be a blessing for all.
