Hey, on October 2nd, me and some buddies drove up to Saint John, New Brunswick(from

Moncton New Brunswick) to see the Misfits show. We didn't go in Moncton because it wasn't an

all ages show, but that didn't stop us from go out back and meeting Jerry Only. What a cool guy! He

signed my misfits patch and we talked about the fact that the show wasn't all ages. We also told him

we'd be seeing him the next night. So here we are, driving to St. John with non-stop misfits songs

playing on the car stereo. We we're pumped up! So we get to the show(2 hours early, may I add)

and then people just started coming after that. Inside the show, a huge guy was sitting selling misfits

shit. I saw that it said Grimm's tip cup. Grimm as in Jonathan Grimm, the one of the biggest Misfits

rodies. Guy Smiley played, they really impressed me.(we had spoke to Derek, the singer the night

before in Moncton). He was a very cool guy. They played awesome and dedicated their last song to

us. He said, this last one is for the boys that came here from Moncton cause it wasn't an all ages

show and gave us a wave. We all went nuts. After that, Grimm told me that Chud was standing over

there. We went over and spoke to him for awhile, telling him how long we had waited for this

moment. He signed my ticket stub and then he left and Michael Graves showed up. My friend Cory

asked if he could go up on stage to sing a song. Mike let him. Then Mike left and we talked to Chud

some more. Then Doyle walked by and someone said, hey Doyle. He looked, frowned and kept on

walking. Then I asked Chud why Doyle wasn't a people person and he said he just keeps to himself.

So on into the show. First the Crimson ghost came out with a torch and walked around then he left,

Chud went on and the Ghost came back pulling Graves by a chain. Graves was on the ground, in

chains and a straight jacket. He got up, in came Doyle and Jerry and they kicked off the show with

Abominable Dr Phibes. The rest of the show was insane. If you thought they only played new stuff,

you're wrong. They played almost all the new songs and the older stuff included: Die Die my Darling,

Come Back, Static Age, TV Casualty, Halloween, Skulls Last Caress, All Hell Breaks Loose,

Hybrid Moments, Mommy, Can I go out and Kill Tonight?, We are 138, Horror Business, London

Dungeon, Teenager from Mars, Night of the Living Dead, Halloween II, Devil's Whorehouse, Some

Kinda Hate, I Turned into a Martian and Return of the Fly. They also played my favorite: Astro

Zombies To finish my buddy Cory sang Halloween and went back stage to meet the band. I got me

and his boxed set signed by Jerry and my buddy Mat got my Jerry portrait shirt signed by Jerry and

Doyle. I'm only missing a Graves autograph. Well, that's all, but if you think the Misfits lost their

touch, think again. They can still put on an awesome show.
