Poems Written By Charlie Himself (Always Rejected, My Dream Girl, The One I Found, The Day, & It Doesn't Matter) "Always Rejected"
There was a girl I would do anything for, but when she kicked me, it made me sore.
I know her answer was no, but I had to go with the flow.
I kept on trying to be my best but to her I was a little pest.
She's the first person I ever want to see, but she never recognizes me.
She was so pretty and so firm, even I knew she looked good with a perm.
But I will keep trying to get this girl...
"My Dream Girl"
My dream girl is a girl that I would love so much and not let anyone else touch.
When things were wrong and there was darkness in the early night, she would come and bring me light.
No matter how mad, bad, or sad I may be, shee would be there for me.
When I was wrong, or when I was a mess; she would never me any less.
This girl may be from my dream, but us together makes a good team.
"The One I Found"
There was the girl,
I bought her a pearl.
I gave her a kiss, and my friends called me a sis.
But I did not care, and I did not share.
The love I had for her,
She was like a cat getting ready to purr.
She was the one for me, and I wanted everybody to see.
"The Day"
There was a day that was so good, under the sun I stood.
The day was the one to be, and I was there to see.
Everything went so well, even the sound of the school bell.
The way I felt and the way I dealt with the problems I had, I knew I couldn't be sad.
This day is so true, and I hope it's like this for you.
"It Doesn't Matter"
It doesn't matter if your cool or if your a fool, because in life you are who you want to be, not what others want to see.
It doesn't matter what your face looks like or the color of your hair, but most important it's not polite to stare.
It doesn't matter what others think, even if they say you stink.
It doesn' matter what they say about your life, but please don't go down without a fight.
