Writing Khmer ConsonantsI want you to first look at the consonants and how they are formed. Next, follow the stroke with your eyes. Finally, trace the consonants with your finger and follow the strokes. Repeat this step a few time and try to write it on a piece of paper. Do this for all the consonants. You are now on your way to reading and righting Khmer.These consonants are arranged in alphabetical order for your convenient. Start from the bottom. Straight line up. Curve over. Straigth line down. [Top Part]Short slant to left. Curve over. Curve under. Curve over. Curve under. Starting point. Curve back and over. Curve under. Straight line down. Retrace up slightly and curve over. [Start at Top line] Curve Over. Straight line down. [Top Part]slant to left . Curve over. Curve Under. Curve Over. Curve Under. Short Curve Over. Straight line down. Curve under and straight line up. Hook a "C". Retrace down the straight line. Curve under and straight line up. Hook a "C" Short Curve Over. Straight line down. Curve Under. Curve Over. Straight line up. Slant to left.
