That's Mizuno Ami, if you watch the North American dub you more than likley think of her as Amy. Her Japanese name means Friend of water (Mizu=water, no is a possesive and Ami is French for friend.) She transforms into Sailormercury with "Mercury Power! Make UP!" In Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon R (The second year of the series in Japan.) She says "Mercury Star Power! Make UP!"
In Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon SuperS she got "Mercury Crystal Power! Make UP!!" to transform into Supersailormercury.
Sailormercury's powers have been:
"Shabon Spray!"
People say that Ami-chan is very smart, it is rumored her IQ is 300!! Her favorite food is sandwiches and she hates yellow-tail tuna (Hamachi). She likes to read and play chess and she is very good at math and calculation. Her birthday is September 10th (Virgo) and she wants to be a doctor. She has trouble with love letters. Her favorite color is aquamarine, her birthstone is sapphire and her blood type is A (Introverted, honest, loyal).
