I believe Anime (Japanese animation) is the Japanese contribution to humanity. I love anime more than anything I've ever loved (material, anyways), and I am NOT alone in this!! Anime has developed a cult following in North America and Europe (not to mention Japan!). You'll find a million pages on anime of all sorts, and links to a bunch of good ones in my links section. But don't go there until you've looked at my pages!

Manga, Japanese comics, are another favorite thing of mine, some good ones are being translated by Mixxzine, including Sailormoon and Rayearth. (Except for using the word 'morph' a tad too often, the translations seem pretty good for what I know...)
