Chibi-chibi is a cute little girl who appeared out of nowhere, and somehow
convinced Usagi's mom that she was her daughter! In answer to Usagi's question,
"Who IS this child?!" Usagi's mom said something like 'Your little sister, silly!"
(I'm not sure EXACTLY what she said, "Iya nee, Usagi. Jibun no imouto no
Chibichibi-chan kao wasurechatta no?" is that something like "Jeez Usagi, how
could you forget your little sister Chibichibi??" Someone who knows more
Japanese than me, tell me!) Anyways... Chibichibi became Sailorchibichibimoon
later in the year.
There's really not much to say about Chibichibi. She's cute, she little, and
she floats. Not much else. There seemed to be some confusion when Sailormoon
ended, about who exactly she was. In the manga, she was Galaxia's star seed.
In the anime, she was the final incarnation of Sailormoon.
