| Fires In Indonesia |
| During 1998 Indonesians started burning the forest and made money out of it because the Suharto (The President) ordered for the forest to be burnt. The forest fires caused a lot of smoke and forced a lot of the people to have to evacuate out of the country for almost two months. When I was there during this, I could not see farther than 10 yards at one point during the fires. I was evacuated out of the country and could not return for about three months. |
