Trapped in a world that without a doubt, was never mine.
And so, with no where to turn,
This county belongs to someone,
Standing in a crowded room,
Accused of being depressed, I come to this conclusion; And so, if I am what I am,
I've found myself grabbing at thin air
for a friend.
I can not even turn to seek a way out,
for surely the ice would break.
and no one to talk to,
I'm stranded in a place, that
without a doubt was never mine.
a place where everyone knows everyone,
and your sure to pass them on the street.
Yet no one knows me.
leaves me worse off than I've been before.
Alone at last, forever more.
That is what you want me to be.
Mine feeds your strange insanity.
But I can not join you in this place you love so dearly.
and it is as you say,
some would say thats just fine.
Who could blame me anyway?
I'm frozen in this world, that,
without a doubt, will never be mine.
