Repeat from * to * until there are 6 rings and 6 chains. Join last chain to first ring.

Tassel: Cut 9 threads that measure 18" long. Pull them through the top ring of the cross. Fold them in half and tie a knot close to the cross. Then braid to desired length, tie another knot at the end of the braid. Cut the ends of the tassel so that they are even.
