I made this little critter from a pattern from a german book by Waltraud Naumer "Schiffchenspitzen" , 1984 (Verlag Paul Haupt). I added a small filigree on the back (thanks Beth!!) and attached a pin finding so one can wear it. I used two colors of DMC tatting thread #80, the darker one is a variegated. Its a lot more 3-D than it looks, my scanner flattened it a bit :) |
