Fun & Games with Kafka...if that's possible

All right, I know there isn't much here right now, but I'll add stuff whenever I find it or whenever I think it up.I just hope that your experiences with Kafka aren't totally dark and depressing!  Kafka had a wicked sense of humor himself, so there's little reason to get totally serious and grave about him.  It's all right in its place, but there should be a dose of laughter as well.  That's just my humble opinion.

Franz Kafka vs. John Lennon   In the style of one of those Entertainment Weekly match-ups purpoting to show the similarities between two widely disparate people or things, here's my humble contribution to the genre.  Frankie and Johnny have a lot more in common than you might think!

Excerpts from Kafka's Dick, by Alan Bennet  Quite an amusing play, I must say, even if it's very British.  If you like it, make sure you check out the whole play!

Kamp Kafka     Tired of those happy, healthy summer camps?  Then go to Kamp Kafka, which will immediately disabuse you of such absurd notions. From the same author: Kafka Gets Laid described in the Links section.

Samuel Beckett Interviews Franz Kafka   Really something else.  I assume he was kidding...wasn't he??  Bizarrely enough, he also interviews John Lennon.  The list of all the "interviews," including one of himself, is here.

Kafka's Sense of Humor   More of a scholarly essay on the humor to be found in Kafka's works.

Metamorphosis Team Project   This site illustrates the first paragraph of "The Metamorphosis" in 3-D graphics--Gregor wakes up to find he is a huge, raytraced, computer-modeled bug.
