Grete Bloch (1892-1944), Felice's friend. After Franz had met her once, he began writing her letters, many of them about his troubles with Felice and asking for her advice. Felice found out about these letters and called him on the carpet (to put it mildly) about them during the notorious "tribunal at the hotel" in July 1914, which precipitated his first break-up from her. Poor Grete seems to have had a crush on him; she later claimed to have had his child.
