Resource Centre

The LGB Resource Centre is where the LGB Society holds committee meetings, Drop-In sessions and Man Friday and also plays host to the LGB Resource Library. It's also the place to come for general information, sexual health leaflets, free condoms and lube, and for a chill-out over a cup of coffee.

The LGB Resource Library contains a small but growing selection of books ranging from safer sex guides (both for men and for women), through books on coming out to friends, family and yourself, to fiction, poetry and plays. The library may be used by any member of Leeds University Union upon production of a valid Union Card and books may be borrowed for up to four weeks at a time. If you are not a member of the Union, you can browse through books during Drop-In sessions, but cannot borrow them.

Opening times and location:
Times:Weekdays during term time between 1.10 and 2p.m. for Drop-In sessions, also during Man Friday (men only).
Location:Upstairs in the student union building. (Follow signs for LGB Society, Darkroom and Leeds Student Radio Office, then go up the concrete staircase and it's the first on the right).
Access:Access is not available for wheelchairs.
Contact:Ways to contact us.

Also see posters on the LGB Noticeboard (opposite ULTRA Travel) for up to date information.
