How I Ache For Her

Soft moon song,
Come to my ear
And tell me her name.
Tell me the one
Whom I should cry for
When my heart aches for wanting.

Gentle summer rain,
Kiss my body a thousand times
As I close my eyes and
Dream of her holding me tight.

Tender breeze blow 'cross my skin,
Carry me her side where I long to be.

Blazing sun pour fire upon me
Like the salty sweat of
Our bodies entwined.

And all at once when we meet,
This maelstrom of fury,
This delight of passion,
Shall take me to the heavens
To burst into tears,
To know what it is to die.
