She Reaches Inside
She
reaches inside of me and
Finds the words I'd thought long dead.
Words of passion and life,
Of forever and tomorrow.
She
touches me gently and cradles my heart,
She sings to my soul and calls me home,
Her body in harmony with my own as we move;
An aching dance to a nameless tune.
Like
shadows on the wall, we are but pale
Without each other, death is sweet welcoming.
We are two melted into one,
A timeless being of desire and release.
She
reaches inside of me and finds the words;
The words that my heart speaks only to her.
