Milby Albion was formed in 1997 with a group of 4 lads responding to an idea from the current manager, Matt Pamplin.  The original team played just friendlies but as players came and went, the team improved. In July 1998 the team entered their first competiton.  Milby entered two teams a junior and senior, and both teams came home winners taking all the trophies. A few months later the junior team entered a second competiton and after looking like they would be knocked out in the first stage they turned things around to win Milby Albions 3rd trophy.  In summer 1999 Milby, due to defend their title for the Jorge fisher trophy again entered a junior and senior team.  This time the Junior team were knocked out in the early stages, but the seniors who were considerably weaker without the experienced Robert Davidson in goal and midfielder Joon Hur (who has returned home to South Korea), were faced with more challenging opponents. The seniors, however battled through to the Final where they were to face last years runners up (Etone),  Milby this time could not quite pull off the magic and fell at the death with two late goals causing Milby to lose 4 - 2.

Milby Are currently Competing in the Hinckley league and face both league and cup competiton.
