Koo Stark in custody row over daughter
Prince Andrew's former girlfriend Koo Stark is locked in a bitter transatlantic custody row over her daughter. The actress and photographer had her passport seized by the FBI in Florida after allegedly overstaying in America with the child in defiance of a court order. Stark, 44, had the child with multimillionaire American banker Warren Walker. She was said to be 'hysterical and lonely' before her planned appearance in a Florida court on Tuesday, according to US press reports. Stark faces the possibility of losing custody of her daughter and being forced to return to Britain. She received a visit from the FBI on Saturday and had her passport taken away amid suggestions she was in contempt of court. Stark enjoyed an 18-month relationship with Prince Andrew in 1982. But the relationship fizzled out, as did a subsequent marriage to Tim Jefferies. Ms Stark and Walker have been fighting over custody of their four-year-old daughter since last year in closed court hearings. He complained to the court in London about her overstaying in America and the FBI became involved. According to friends, she has custody rights for the child and Walker has access rights. But Stark has been leaving the country frequently and not letting Walker see their daughter while she was away. 'It's a very messy battle,' said one source.

Koo Stark Complains Of Assault

Koo Stark (Sabrina Mulholland-Jjones in 'Timeslides') has reported the father of her daughter to the police, alleging that he assaulted her at his £3.5million home.

The photographer and former soft porn star made a complaint against American banker Warren Walker at Notting Hill in London on Christmas Eve.

It was claimed that Mr Walker, 41, struck her on the arm on Sunday night in a row over the Christmas custody of three-year-old Tatiana.

Last night Scotland Yard confirmed that there had been a complaint of common assault and criminal damage but added: "The complainant did not substantiate the allegations. No action is likely to be taken and the matter is now closed as far as we are concerned".

Miss Stark, 44, who is best known for having had a brief but passionate affair with Prince Andrew in the early eighties, has stunned her friends by taking out a £2million legal action against Mr Walker.

She is suing through the American courts for breach of promise over claims that he cancelled their wedding just two-and-a-half weeks before the ceremony, when she was pregnant.

Miss Stark moved to Florida last year to be near her mother Kathi and her stepfather, who had undergone three life-threatening operations.

Yesterday a family friend claimed things had recently come to a head after the couple began arguing over alimony. He said: "Koo really wants a peaceful conclusion to this family problem and is very saddened by the whole legal fight. I think she was at her wits' end when she reported Warren to the police".

Mr Walker is understood to have set up a £250,000 trust fund for his daughter, and pays alimony to Miss Stark as well as renting a home for her in Knightsbridge.

Last night a neighbour claimed Miss Stark, whose work is exhibited at galleries around the world, returned to her flat in tears after the confrontation. She said: "I saw her come back late on Christmas Eve and she was absolutely frantic, her make-up was running and she appeared to have ripped the side of her jacket. She seemed deeply upset and she was shaking like a leaf. As far as I'm aware she has since left for New York".

Miss Stark is understood to be pursuing work opportunities in new York and hopes to set up home there with Tatiana.

The one-time model's love life over the years has often brought heartbreak. In 1984 she married Green Shield stamps heir Tim Jeffries, but they broke up only a year later.

Harrison Ford builds holiday home
Actor on Caribbean building site
Harrison Ford is building his dream home on the Caribbean island of Tobago, PeopleNews can reveal. The actor, 58, is personally overseeing the construction of a huge house on a hillside over looking the exclusive Mt Irvine golf course. The island is becoming an increasingly popular getaway spot for celebrities seeking a quieter alternatve to the Bahamas, and recent visitors have included Mel Gibson. Ford, who recently separated from his wife of 18 years, ET screenwriter Melissa Mathison, spends most of his time in an apartment in Manhattan or at their ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. According to local residents, the actor has spent a lot of time on the Tobago building site, discussing the construction with architects and builders. ‘It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful home,’ comments one resident. ‘Mind you, he’s ruffled a few feathers. The house will have beautiful uninterrupted views out over the golf course. The houses behind used to but now won’t.’ Mathison and Ford split after the actor went through what many described as a ‘mid-life crisis’. He was briefly linked to Twin Peaks actress Lara Flynn Boyle. Since then, he has reportedly been keen for a reconciliation.
