Friends
This poem is for the friends of America

We are friends that is true,
Because we do some of the same things you do.
We work and play and have our fun.
We enjoy living and laughing and our day in the sun.
We work, sleep and eat and do our best.
And we then enjoy our day of rest.
But now comes a serious matter.
The dark days of life makes us sadder.
We try to figure why God let us down.
Because in our lives, he can't be found.
There are some people who just don't care,
That's because they are caught in Satan's snare.
The terrible event that happened in the USA.
Shows us mortals, that this could be our Last day.
We need to be kinder to each other.
And find the God who walks closer than a brother.
Yes we are friends that is true, because we
Do the same things that you do.
