"The OrderTrust Commerce Advantage
Program brings together the providers of essential e-commerce products and services and

Jim Daniell, CEO of OrderTrust. "The key beneficiaries of this program are our
customers. By combining our partners' market-leading e-commerce solutions with
OrderTrusts comprehensive back-end processing capabilities, they can offer a
world-class customer experience and instill the highest level of confidence when their
customers hit the buy button."
Commerce Advantage Program Offerings
Partners are provided with a dedicated OrderTrust liaison
to help form strategic partnerships, provide critical sales training, generate
pre-qualified leads, promote joint marketing programs, and provide the overall support to
conduct e-commerce. The Commerce Advantage Program is comprised of segments for Technology
Partners, Referral Partners and Integration Partners, allowing partners to draw on each
others strengths and offer more options for e-commerce solutions to their customers.
Technology Partners

and Open Markets TransactTM.
"As the leader in Internet commerce software, we are

integrated solution to these problems with our award-winning Transact software and
OrderTrusts fully automated complex order management services."

"Because we host and manage billions of dollars in
mission-critical Internet business, our clients look to us to provide critical insight on
how to successfully conduct complex order transaction processing in the virtual

with our clients by offering them transaction processing services that complement our
commerce solution offerings."

system integrators, and Web developers who integrate the merchants commerce site to
OrderTrust, extending the back-end order processing capabilities they offer to their
