A trip to downtown Phillipsburg MUST include a stop at this quaint Guavaberry Emporium. This building has been there over 200 years, and is painted again every year in a different color. In 2001, the color scheme was the original red/white color scheme used when it first opened. Their Guavaberry liqueur is great, and they serve samples of different ways to enjoy it.
