We are a small home-based business located in a rural farming community in a lust rainy mountain valley of the southern Andes, in Chile. 

Since 1985 we house an average of 500 angora rabbits, mainly Giant/German Hybrids. We have been selecting them for their wonderfully soft, elegant and luxurious prime quality spikey fibers. We combe the rabbits and harvest their wool when it naturally molts every 90-100 days.

Most of our angora wool is handspun by the ladies of the women's co-op we support in our village, and for customers all over this world.

The spikey plucked very long fibers of these rabbits yield the most beautiful halo in finished hand spun yarns. Sweaters are like pulling on a cloud.

REFUNDABLE SAMPLE

A refundable and spinnable sample (aprox. 1/4 oz.) of our plucked fiber is available for $6.00 or in the case of yarn, 10 yards length of a natural white handspun angora yarn plus 12 inches of several dyed colors. 

If it seems expensive it is due to the airmail postage, for we are a long way from the North Hemisphere. We will refund the six dollars once your acummulated orders of fibers and/or yarn reach $ 99.00.-

Orders of fiber for 7 oz. packages of plucked prime angora rabbit wool are $ 30.00, and for 1 lb. packages are $ 60.00.  Price Fully Inclusive of packaging, handling and postage by registered airmail worldwide, the price you see is the price you pay.

The angora fibers we supply are mostly 4 to 5 + inches long.
