History of realization:
Differences from version 0.11:
- Brought the commands ZM_type and ZM_FrameType, determining work of protocol Zmodem.
- Repaired protocol Zmodem on reception and transmission, now he must begin to work
by all. A little grew wiser procedure HangUp. A little full procedure Dialing ;)
- Field Flags now includes in EMSI_DAT. Earlier a field ignored, besides
contained an error - flag ZMO afield this to appear not must.
- Repaired command treatment cd_wait_time, now she counts off tenth
second parts, and not 1/50Nth.
- Brought in the commands RX_Border and TX_Border, so what if who irritate running

- Slightly is changed view of mailer, done a modem bulbs emulation RX (reception),
