I hope you enjoy reading the synopsis and one of the first chapters. The concept of this web page is three fold. One: to place my book on the web page for sale. Once you have read the synopsis and a section of the book I hope that you will be interested in acquiring the entire book by mailing a $6.00 check to P.O. Box 1801, Winter Haven, Florida, 33882. Make the check or money order to B. Wax. I will then send you the manuscript on disquette for your computer. All rights to reselling the material stays with the author. I hope you will send me your thoughts by mail. The second concept for this website is to open the internet to your possible publications. I will accept poems, short stories and even a synopsis and a sample chapter and enter it on my webpage. The cost to you is $1 for a poem, $2 for a short story and $3 for the book synopsis and chapter. That is to cover the time and effort to enter your work and maintaining the website. The check for me to enter your work protects you. In the memo note the name of the poem, short story or book. My cashing the check indicates receipt. You still own all your rights to your work. If a reader wishes to get more of your material they should send me a request which I will follow up with you.
The third concept of this website is hopefully to put together a portfolio of poetry into a book form. The people who enter the website will nominate the best poems and I will take the top fifty and try to get them published as a collection with revenue set up for the writers selected and an agent per centage for myself for time and effort. I believe there are hundreds of great ideas out there and they just need an avenue to get themselves printed. Make sure on the material you send to me that you give me a phone number or way to contact you by e-mail. I am hoping that the poetry anthology will be composed of a wide variety of people, indicating the diversity of this great nation. Once your check is cashed give me thirty days to get back to you. I do not wish to be a censor. Please no pornogrophy or dirty words please. The first theme for poetry that I think is very appropiate for the time is love. Send your love poem of family, a person, a country, etc. to me ASAP so I can get it on the computer for the voting which will come at the end of the year.
