Well, I had gotten to spend my first year of college in the dorms, but I'm back at home now because it cost too much to stay up there.  It's not like I have to drive two hours to get to class, so it's okay.  Besides, by living at home I get free room/board, a fool-proof alarm clock (my parents,) and I don't have to fight the roaches for my bed and food.  I will, however, miss the friends I made up there and the Ethernet system.  But, I suppose sacrifices must be made.  The roaches weren't worth $1500 a semester.

I used to have a tour of my dorm room on here, but since I moved out of the dorms that's gone.  I suppose I could stick a picture of my parent's house--but that'd be kinda boring because it hasnt been blessed by my decorating skills.  And as far as my parents go--well, it's decorated, but not like I'd like it--my parents will only let me go so far.

I should like to say something about my best friend, Alexandra (nickname Sandra, IRC name Rosedove), and say thanks to her for being with me for so long.  We've been friends since the 7th grade, and known each other for even longer than that.  You can find her webpage under the link on the main page called "friends pages".

At the current moment (Fall 2000) I'm taking Chemistry, Psychology, History, and English.  It's not too bad--just 15 hours.  The Chemistry gets confusing because my professor doesn't speak very good english, so I'm not sure of my standing in that class.  Psychology is probably my easiest class since the tests are straight from the book and there's no homework.  Unfortunetly, the entire class is graded off of 4 tests and nothing else.  History is going to kill me--and if not, I'm going to kill it.  English is a pain in the butt, but I expect to make an A.

You know, that's one thing I don't like about college... very few of the friends you make keep in touch.  I mean, it's like you get to know someone during the course of a semester, and then you go your separate ways and never meet again.

I also work while going to college, which is pretty cool.  It gives me a little spending money (when they actually pay me)  Click on the above link to read more about my job.
