Rules and Regulations
OK here's the deal, this is a list of !RULES! following them to the T would be very much appreciated, and would help the quality of the overall role-playing experience for everyone. Right now they are not in any peticular order but that can change without notice.
1. YOU HAVE TO REGISTER YOUR CHAR!!!!! If you do not you will be ignored. Chars that have sent in their char sheets are on a "grace period" don't piss people off, you are not a resident until you receive a confirmation E-mail
2. On the main page you will find a link to a char generator, Sabbat, Camarilla and traditional Vampires must use that and save their char sheets, and send them as an attachment in the E-mail
3. All rules and game decisions are made by the council, which rules by majority vote. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions, contact a council member either by PM, or E-mail, Council member E-mail addresses are listed in the contacts section of this site
4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURES....pay attention. If a complaint comes to the attention of a council member(if the chars or players can't work it out between them)...it WILL be looked into. If the accused Char or Player is found guilty, he/she will be punished, if found innocent.....BTW this works like the real world, the person Innocent until proven guilty.
