What is the Wishing Well and how does it work?

Under New Management

The Management would like to apologize for the inconvience.
The heater that keeps the well running in the winter is frozen.
We are currently on a waiting list for the Neopian Plumber to come and fix it.
Don't fret though as if he does not show up soon we are
planning on tossing Searcy down there to fix it.

The Wishing Well is just that. A place for you to wish for an item you would like to possess.
How do I do this?
You need to send an item, any item, to Ootsyboots
followed by a neomail requesting an item valued at no more than 10,000nps.

Every week one lucky person will have their wish granted!!
So send those wishes to

Remember the Wishing Well only grants 1 wish a week out of all the wishes sent in. Also remember that the wish can not cost over 10k neopoints.
