You will receive the order shipment with this certificates. All Animals are in high quality)euthanasia:we are using grocery cO2. The frozen animals are flash frozen. they are clean and free of feces and bedding material.
delivery:
the live animals are sended in shipping wooden cases (capacity about 100 adult mice). The frozen animals are packed in plastic bag (100 mice each bag) and delivered in shipping polystyren boxes (capacity about 15-17 plastic bags = 1500-1700 adult mice). there are not included the freight and the package prices in the purchase price. the shipments are delivered by airmail or transit. the 1st shipment can be delivered till 14 days after we receipt order.The regular shipment can be delivered till a week. we can also agree in other schedules. The duration depends on the lenght of transport and the availability order merchandise on stock. You can write us the direction and we will write you the evaluation for the transportation. the price for transportation depends on the direction and on quantity of shipment.

payment:
we prefer payment by account or in cash. we require full payment in advance on our account. After receipt your order and the payment, we will deliver The shipments to your company or to your nearest airport (after agreement of transportation type) till 14 days (regular shipments are delivered till a week). We can provide you early delivery - express delivery, after we make oneself understood.
we guarantee dead arrival in frozen and perfect conditions. the animals keep frozen for 24 hours (on normal outside temperature), we are using the dry ice to extend this term.
