Club eligibility
In order to Join, you must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Active duty and retired military and their dependents
2. DoD Civilian employees and their dependents
3. Retired DoD civilian employees, if a member at time of retirement
4. Cadets of a military academy
5. U.S. National Guard and Reserve forces
6. Employees paid from non-appropriated funds
7. Federal government employees on a military installation
8. Military personnel of foreign government on active duty in the U.S. DoD
9. Members of U.S. Congress and statutory appointees of the Federal government
