To operate business smoothly and live comfortably, we need to share knowledge in lowering cost and efficiently. The following topics are a few example of sharing knowledge or knowledge management. First, I am going to talk about ERP. ERP is a important software for enterprises because it connects business (customers) to business. Using ERP software enables faster deliveries and effective services. Secondly, I am going to talk about groupware. groupware enables many groups to work together anytime and anywhere. Next, I am going to talk about the intranet which has been developed using internet technologies. Some examples of internet include Email, instant messenger, video or voice conferences, and Intra/extranet. The intranet is one of those networking technologies. Finally, I am going to talk about I-Mode. I-mode is the use of cell phone technologies in Japan to enhance peer to peer communication.
