None of the Dreams & Things Graphics creations are public domain.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, link directly to my images. Graphics will be periodically moved and deleted. 

Graphics may be used on Commercial pages. Please note, I have recently relaxed my terms upon request - DO NOT ABUSE IT.  If I find that people are not adhering to the "link back rule" I will once again restrict use to Personal pages only.

All graphics are to be linked back to: http://www.fortunecity.com/athena/women/707/graphicsindex.html. I have created a matching Dreams and Things logo for each set which can be used. 

In the event of sets being created from living artists' works a link must also be provided back to the artist. This is mandatory! 

No splitting, editing or any alteration of graphics. This means you should not break up a set and use the images on your own background or on different pages. This excludes the adding of text to blank buttons that are provided with each set.

Sets - All images in a set belong together and should not be used individually. 

Tiles or backgrounds in sets SHOULD NOT be used for any other purpose than setting up the set it belongs to. 

Do not make other graphics with any of the items used in the Dreams & Things Graphics sets. 

A link should be placed on each page containing the linkware graphics. A single link on the splash / entry page is not good enough. 

None of my creations should be used: 
a) on pornographic sites 
b) on sites promoting hatred/discrimination 
b) in collections (including CDs) or offered for sale. 

Bars, Bullets & Buttons (excluding those in sets) can be used without a link (but a link would be much appreciated :-) 

Do not display and then make my graphics available for download from your site. 

Do not claim any of my creations as your work. 

If in doubt, ASK. It's normally the people who are doing things right that are concerned that they're doing something wrong.
