The Archchancellor of Insanity

    As should by obvious by now, I do not approve of the "Normal" way of doing most things. Therefore
one of the two most powerful positions is the Archchancellor of Insanity. She must control the other members and keep them from being to mundane. Randomness is her best tool and she is exempt from most punishments dealt out to council members. (Not that they are many...)

The following duties and privileges are accorded to her:
 

• She may force anyone except for the Emperor and Imperial Commander to wear their undershorts on their head for any reason at any time.
• She is exempt from dress codes.
• She may randomly change meanings of words found in the dictionary.
• She must keep a careful eye on the other council members to be sure they never sit in the same seat to times in a row.
• She may call a Pie Hunt on The Duck at any time.
• She may redecorate anyone's home without fear of retribution.
• She may choose to end a council session in order to party. (Subject to vote.)
• She may moon anyone.
• With the aid of the Chancellor of Corruption she chooses exactly how drunk to get people during council meetings and what to spike the punch with.
