The primary mission of Yaniv, Hamilton, Edwards, & Associates, Ltd. is to provide premier service to our clients in the field of debt collections. As such, we are relentless in the pursuit of this goal.
In support of this goal, we have established a team of collections professionals that we refer to as our "Premier Legal Financial Obligations Revenue Collections Enforcement" team, or our "Premier Legal FORCE" Team.
Our "Premier Legal FORCE" Team is comprised of experienced, highly trained collections professionals who utilize their knowledge and experience to obtain above-average results in obtaining remuneration for our clients.
By recognizing and respecting the needs of our clients, as well as the needs of those persons indebted to them, our "Premier Legal FORCE" Team has achieved a unique balance in our collections approach. We have found that, by attempting to resolve delinquent accounts by using a less adversarial approach, debtors are more comfortable about resolving their debts than they would have been if a more confrontational approach had been used.
All of the members of our "Premier Legal FORCE" Team utilize finely-honed skills that allow us to represent the needs of our clients, while still allowing the debtors that we contact for them to maintain a degree of self-respect. We have found this to be an integral part of the collections process. We recognize that this "soft" approach to collections will not work with all of the debtors that we contact, but we have found it to be instrumental in maintaining our outstanding record of obtaining rapid, successful resolutions in the vast majority of the cases that we settle.
