Debt Collection: We have determined that, when a debtor is contacted by a representative of a Law Firm, such a contact conveys an attitude of seriousness and urgency that most likely could not be imparted using more traditional collections methods.

Collections Policy: While debt collection by a law firm is clearly more effective in terms of securing payment, it also necessitates discretion and responsibility of action. At Yaniv, Hamilton, Edwards, & Associates, Ltd. we focus our efforts on collections, rather than on litigation; and that is the attitude that we convey to the debtors we contact for our clients.

Litigation: It goes without saying that our primary goal at Yaniv, Hamilton, Edwards, & Associates, Ltd. is to obtain remuneration for our clients without having to resort to the pursuit of legal action. Even so, if it becomes apparent that litigation is necessary to collect on an outstanding bad debt, our law office has an outstanding record of success in obtaining judgements.
