We offer quotes that are available by your asking via email. Just tell us what it is and we will get the info out to you ASAP! Also if you are in our area we offer onsite services that are lower than most than you might expect. It is a shame that most places rates are so high. People are charging anywhere from $60 to as high as $85 an hour just to look at a problem. That doesn't always include fixing anything.
We feel that is to high! Besides, what you are paying for in addition is for them to keep an overhead stock, utilities, and all kinds of other expenses for them. We are able to set our prices low since we only keep a bare minimum of stock and order in most everything. You don't pay for us to stay stocked. Here is a small breakdown of what you pay for at the competitors"

Overhead - In order for them to keep 10 or more of one item for everything they have

Technicians Hourly pay - The tech does all the work but only receives a small percent

Bills, Bills, Bills - Most of it goes to pay the bills for the store to stay open
CompServices Carries only the most common necessity items like memory, that is them most important. There a lot of people who want memory upgrades. Video Cards, this would have to be the second most important since some cards that come with a system are cheap and won't place some of the better games. Sound cards and Modems would be the last of the items that are kept on hand. These regularly go out or conflict other hardware in systems. We don't keep Hard Drives, Monitors and other things as that because the time they would sit around, we would loose money on and have to raise rates. We don't want that to happen.
Our service center is normally in your home. What do we mean by that? We offer onsite as the main way of service to you. However there are times that not everything can fixed or done at a persons home, so we do have an office equipped to handle those we need to take to our office.
