Computer Services  The best place for Service!  Preventitive Maintenance Program The plan involves An anual Site check once per year to ensure that proper supplies are be utilized. For example: Are there Surge protectors on all Computers and other Important Office equipment. Each Computer will under-go a check and evaluated for potential problems and Hazards. They will be cleaned inside and out completely. Since Dust is the leading Hazard for disaster, they will need to be checked. All computers will be checked for any Viruses, Perform routine tests, Test all devices to ensure all are working properly, and much, much, more. If there are any out of date programs and drivers they will need to be updated for more efficient use. This program can also be tailored to your needs and your requirements. By the time the checks and tests are performed, you should regain performance and reliabilty to each Computer or Work Station.   Evaluate locations for dangers such as: Evaluation Check ( This could take up to three hours ) 1) Unprotected Power Sources 2) Data Backup Failure 3) Temperature Problems 4) Potential sources RF interferance 5) Others as determined needed at time of evaluation! Two Major checks performed each Year ( Approximately 2 hours ) 1) Break Down PC to check for any breaks in hardware 2) Clean all Components and remove DUST! 3) Re-lubricate all moving parts 4) Test Drive integrity 5) Check for memory problems 6) Back-up System Configuration files 7) Optimize drive performance 8) Optimize configuration file options 9) Test for Viruses 10) Run Burn-in and test Software 11) Re-assemble system - check for good contacts 12) Clean any other drives, Floppy, CD-ROM, Tape, etc. 13) Others as determined at time of service! Discounts will be available on new purchases of new equipment, upgrades and new machines. Any parts purchased must be for the use of a covered facility and must be with the allotted coverage of the service contract. For example: If any Company has a contract to cover up to five machines, but only has four, then you could purchase another machine at discounted prices. If you were to purchase two new Machines, then the contract would have to be redone. In some cases this could reduce the cost of services per month. This plan is set up to have one Major evaluation with one minor site check, making two checks per year. For other assistanace or services needed between the two, you will recieve discounts on all parts and labor, on all covered machines. For those who set up a one year Contract and pay in advance, you will recieve all parts at cost. Normal costs of all service is well over $300 per machine by adding in the labor spent and parts. All we ask for this program is less than a fraction of the cost. We charge $25 an hour for labor. If you were to do a break down, you would get 12 hours of service, per Computer, all parts necessary for use, and any program needed to deal with a particular problem. This program has been broken down to spend about three hours at each Computer to service it and get it up and running at a better performance rate. Also you get not only one but two visits for only one cost. We are trying to prevent down times of systems, wear on parts, and performance of all computers. This will cut down your anual costs of service per year. Normal Costs for service on a Computer to clean it routinely, would cost you $30 each time and should be done at least twice a year. A server should be cleaned three to four times a year and requires maintenance quarterly. So far you would have a bill of $150 for one Computer and a Server to be cleaned. After adding in other Stations, you can figure the cost to be for how ever many systems you have.   Monthly Rates for Program: ( Consists of amount of PC's )   $25 3 or fewer PC's $50 4-6 PC's $50 7-12 PC's $100 13 - 20 PC's   Ask for special pricing if you think you might have a special Circumstance.   5% Discount for paying half in advance 10% Discount for payment in full in advance for one full year Add $25 per level for instalation of new and upgrade software   The above plan is figured for a Business enviroment.
