• Student Advisement and Counseling -  Directed  two member staff in the counseling of 800 graduate and            undergraduate students in their program of study for the School of Business. Planned and implemented a registration process that cut through the entrenched bureaucracy and increased through - put enrollment of undergraduates by 22%, and an increase of graduate enrollment by 39% in 1998.

• Established criteria for the computerization of regional U-Haul Centers by the Unisys (Burroughs) Corp.

• Introduced policies in logistics and direction to 103 U-HAUL owned moving centers and franchisees in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

• Established procedures in the procurement of new and rebuilt equipment to U-Haul Centers based on rental needs and profit potential.
