by Kelly Riley As I look up in the sky At all the stars in sight I think of what the future brings As each keeps shining bright I think of those before my time Those who felt the same as me I wonder if they dreamt the dreams Which only my heart sees For my heart is filled with hope & love The essence of my dreams Each waiting for the chance to fly If given but the means But Maybe in the world tonight Someone's looking at the sky Thinking just the same thoughts as me With dreams that want to fly Together we could make it happen And give those dreams their life It's then that we could both be happy And end this world of strife |
