Prompt and
regular attendance of students is required. Total absences shall not exceed twenty percent
(20%) of the maximum number of class sessions.
Students are not exempted from complying with the requirements during
the period of their absence.
Should a professor be unable to meet his/her class for whatever reason, he/she should
notify the GS Staff at least one day before the foreseen absence. Arrangements for a
make-up class must be made with the GS Staff and the students in order to offset the
missed number of hours.
