What is meant by "Total Quality"?

One of our governing values is total quality: we care not only about the quality of our products and services, but also about the quality of our lives and relationships.

Total quality means continuous improvement. We are never content with something being half-right.

Quality begins with an understanding of our stakeholders' needs and expectations, but ultimately it means meeting or exceeding those needs and expectations.
