Fig.-Inocents Shot Dead by police
MURDER MOST FOUL: Innocents were shot dead by the police in a firing on students, who had come on a propaganda mission from Baroda and Anand in 1942. They were hurrying towards Adas station after their work to catch the evening train for Baroda. A party of 4 to 6 policemen armed with rifles opened fire on them for no reason. Four were killed and 12 wounded in the incident.
