Last Thoughts Of A Dying Refugee

What a criminal world do we live in
Without places one can stay
No home country - I had to leave it
Seemed to be better far away

No more hunger - out of civil war
No more fear of being caught
The security I was hoping for
I have made it - my first thought
Bureaucracy has to be
It doesn't matter if you're free
Problems at home I only see
On TV in Germany
Skinhead terror, burning cocktails
Hear them shouting "Auslnder raus!"
Politicians promise justice
But their words are leaving doubts
Violent extremists are fighting justice
But the masses look away

I had to go shopping - just some food
The supermarket in the city where the prices are low
In the bus I was attacked by a group of young dudes
They hit me and robbed me and told me to go
Back to my country or they would kill me
The driver did nothing to stop this crime
Suddenly a knife was hit in my heart
I knew I had seen my loved ones the last time

Now I am dead killed by Nazi terror
My killers escaped no one wanted to see them
The idea of security - a fatal error
Where skinheads can hide in a traffic jam
And if they are caught two go to prison
But thousands of others are still running free
Last week politicians made a decision
But will it help? I don't know, we will see
Decisions are not enough, actions must follow
Against all forms of terror especially from the right
Security for all don't ask where they come from
Is only possible if racism is fought day and night
It won't help me, I don't live anymore
But thousands of refugees escaping from the wars
Can live in security, that's what they came for

It's a criminal world we live in
Without places one can stay
No home country - I had to leave it
And now skinheads have blown my life away
It's no use to play the brave
The result will only be the grave
