FINALLY!!!

     I take my certified letter from the State of Missouri (which is a much easier one to deal with btw.. and they had these "new" licenses before 2000, North Carolina, Texas, California, and Colorado had them well before 2000 as well, get with the times people!!!).

     Meanwhile I give them my first born again and a DNA sample, and finally I have my license... without a test (every other state tests drivers that move into their state)... which is WEIRD... and I'm done... no permit... another 24.00 and I'm legal to drive in this state... go figure....
