STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 2 1/3 cups Bisquick Original baking mix 1/2 cup milk 3 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp margarine or butter,melted HEAT: oven to 425 degrees. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Spread in one ungreased 8" square or round pan. Bake about 15 to 20 min or until golden brown; cool slightly. Serve with strawberries. Drop shortcakes; after stirring drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min or until golden brown. |
