At the entrance of the press room, the ceiling has been eroded away by different water currents. These water currents were powerful and came together creating turbulent waves and whirlpools. This occurred thousands of years ago when the cave was under the water table. Many people say that it looks like the top of a lemon meringue pie. Some people say whip cream.... you decide!
