Sasuke Sarugakure

Sasuke Sarugakure is a skilled ninja, and the ultimately loyal servant to the house of Kuno during the absence of their father.  He assists Kuno or Kodachi in their schemes but mostly looks after the Kuno estate.  Sasuke was sent by Kuno to spy on Ranma, and, upon discovering Ranma's ailurophobia, set a trap for Ranma in the storage room underneath the auditorium stage.  In the pit, Sasuke faced Ranma and Akane with a horde of cats and a tiger, and Ranma's ailurophobia turned his mind to a cat's, and he beat Sasuke and the horde.  Sasuke faces Ranma alongside Kuno on many occasions, but he's fought against Kuno and Kodachi's morals more than once.
                Sasuke uses his ninja skills to move with incredible speed, and arms himself with shuriken and a bolo-on-a-rope thing.
