| There is a bit of a rumpus going around since it was announced that
Antonia Banderas will be playing the lead role in the film "Phantom
of the Opera". A lot of people believe that Michael Crawford
should be in the lead role. The film version is set to have some new songs
and more dialogue. No offense to Banderas, but I think that Hollywood has

| Michael Crawford is eager for a role in the potential film version of "Phantom of the Opera" that might be made. It
will be based on the Musucal by Andrew Lloyd Weber, Crawford played the
role of the Phantom in the stage production for a long time and still loves
