Ed Zwick will be helming "Toys of Desperation". ``It's a somewhat Gothic story, but with a contemporary voice,'' said Zwick, ``and yet it's also deeply romantic.'' . Zwick is behind films sucha as, "Courage Under Fire, "Legends of the Fall", and Oscar winning "Shakespeare in Love". (RS) (HFA NEWS)

Paramount have bought the rights to "Toys of Desperation".. The first novel by Sean Desmond. This will be a freaky little ghost movie about a student at Harvard University who is haunted by the ghost of another student that killed his girlfriend 50 years earlier. The Killers Ghost is now trying to frame the Harvard sudent for a similar crime. Sounds pretty interesting.(Dr. Casey)
