David Boreanaz (ANGEL) will be joining the cast of Jamie Blank's "Valentine". He will play the lead role, which is that of a nerd that is the victim of a practical joke (sounds like Slaughter High). 10 years later he is still out for revenge and he's handsome and successfull and he kills them all 4 women who embarrassed him in sequence. Australian director Jamie Blanks (attached to Resident Evil and director of Urban Legend) is about to start work on a romantic horror film. "VALENTINE: A Novel" is the title of the piece The book tells the story of an unpopular college freshman geek named Victor DiMorta. Four young women pull a vicious practical joke on DiMorta which results in his being expelled as well as becoming murderous and doing in his abusive parents. Years later, after having served his time in prison, the grown Victor gets plastic surgery that makes him handsome. He then seeks out the women who ruined his life to exact his revenge. Doesn't sound too romantic to me, sounds more like a REVENGE film. Which is cool. Warner Bros. is producing the film with hopes at casting the next best teen actors, and the script was written by Donna and Wayne Powers. With Re-writes by Aaron Harberts and Gretchen Berg.
