Like his friend Duo, Brad was born in the L-2 cluster, though he was raised with his real family. A natural artist and a typical cassanova, he earned the nick-name "Q-tip" early on, though no one is certain how.

After Duo left for Earth, Brad sat for months in utter boredom before resolving to follow his friend. After months more work, he completed his own Mobile Suit, Vector. Once finished, he planed to travel to Earth to find his friend and help him fight OZ.

Little does he know that Duo is once more in space.
